The half-hour animated series revolves around Hell’s princess, Charlie Morningstar, who seeks to rehabilitate demons in order to reduce hell’s overpopulation, by allowing them into heaven. The show features a musical format reminiscent of Disney movies, blended with adult humor in the style of ‘Futurama’. In fact, the series includes several scenes parodying iconic Disney hits.

Produced by A24 and Bento Box Entertainment, the series premiered on January 19, 2024, on Amazon Prime Video. It features a total of nine episodes, including the pilot. It’s set to be one of the platform’s major releases for the new year, alongside other movies and series like ‘Role Play’, ‘Zorro’, ‘Expats’, and ‘The Underdoggs’.
